Shipping is for AU and NZ only.
You will be required to pay for your own shipping costs if you decide to return your order. Shipping costs are non-refundable and Dylan Kain does not cover the cost of return shipping on sale items.
An item is classified as faulty if it is received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase.
Items damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty or damaged.
If you have received a faulty or damaged item please reach out to studiosale@dylankain.com with your order number, images showing the fault and a small description.
Email us if you have any concerns and we will assess for repair, replacement or refund.
